The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom accessories and it was clean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. As soon as we checked in, received a call from service and they enquired if the room was okay. Truly a five-star hotel. The breakfast in the morning had too many choices including a live kitchen, and fresh fruits. Two days we stayed and the menu was different on both days. It's close to a lot of restaurants on the highway, close to GD museum and Gandhipuram

Got a free upgrade to Junior Suite, which made the whole experience even better. Extremely happy and grateful to the Hotel and Front desk staff for the gesture. Breakfast spread is pretty good and a good way to start the day. The view from the room large window is a pleasant way to wake up to the Sun and also nice in the evenings.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu in Coimbatore. The staff were warm and hospitable. The dining staff left an indelible mark on my visit. They made each meal a memorable experience, and their impeccable service enhanced every culinary delight. A special mention must be made of the front desk lady, Putul. It happened to be my birthday during my visit, and to my surprise, she presented me with a beautiful bouquet and a cake that made my day truly special. Her personal touch and genuine care are a testament to the exceptional service offered at this establishment. The rooms at Radisson Blu Coimbatore were clean and comfortable. The room service was prompt and efficient as well. Highly recommended!

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Radisson, Coimbatore and I would like to say that it was a truly wonderful experience for myself and family. This hotel deserves 10 out of 10 because of its convenient location, Multi cuisines restaurant, very friendly and service oriented staff, especially the front desk staff Pinki, greeted us with warm smile and the perfect service that set the tone for the entire stay. Staff were very friendly and ever willing to help. And very professional. Great ambiance. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the spread enormous. Chef Shahid was always on the lookout to ensure people got more than what they expected to get.

Excellent staff Excellent restaurant staff and breakfast .All the dishes were well made. Good spread of breakfast. Rooms size good and beds good too. . Loved the staff , their politeness, their helpful attitude to change the room , the housekeeping staffs prompt service....and all at front desk .

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. In fact, I am enjoying my time here so much, I have extended my stay. A special mention goes out to the 3 chef's that have gone out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. Whether it be to make me a special pasta dish (extremely well) in the evenings, have me try out some new dishes they're creating, or make sure I have mushrooms for the morning ... it doesn't matter which - what matters is they are going out of their way to make me feel a valued customer ... and that is what makes the difference. And, of course, a special mention to the staff on the front desk (Tanya, Stanley and Anan especially) ... great people. I'm so looking forward to my extended stay. ☺️ I almost forgot about the Housekeeping guys. I'm up on the 7th floor and the team that have been looking after me for the last week have done a superb job (especially Rafijul Khan). Polite, respectful and very efficient. If there is anything I need, they sort it out immediately. Great team. Thank you.
